Under the stove. After having lived with this stove for five years or so we just recently discovered that you can pull the bottom drawer (you know, the stove drawer where you keep the extra pots and pans that you never use and the drawer never gets cleaned so it's full of dust and oven dirt?) all the way out of the stove. Usually we try to retrieve the cat toys from under the stove with a fly swatter or ruler. Wow, pulling out the drawer really makes it easier to get the toys out from under there. Duh.
And this is why we continually buy new toys for the cats, because they all eventually end up under the stove and we think the cats have nothing to play with. Maybe they are doing this on purpose.
Please disregard the state of my kitchen floor. We are still anxiously waiting for Keith to put in the new floor. After all, it's only been a year since he started ripping out the old floor.
